Selection for new recruits both new graduate and mid-career are carried out in the following process:
1. Application
Please check the application guidelines, you should first select your desired position you wish to apply in the ENTRY tab.
2. Document Screening
Our Human Resource department will screen all applications and they will contact you regardless of the results whether you are for interview or you did not make it.
3. Primary Interview
You will be interviewed by the head of our Human Resource department and head of the department you wish to apply in.
4. Final Interview
You will be interviewed by our executives. If it is necessary, you will be taking an exam.
5. Unofficial Decision
We are going to present the recruitment conditions for the incoming employees.
6. Joining the company
We will respond to your questions on your first day of work.

There is no restriction. Applicants can apply regardless of major.

We are hiring people regardless of nationality, but because of frequent contacts with Japanese companies, Japanese proficiency higher than business level or JLPT N2 level is required.

Our company also have mid-career recruitment. Applicants who already graduated 3 years after his/her graduation can also apply as new graduate.

After joining our company, you will undergo necessary training therefore, special knowledge is not necessary. However, it is helpful to learn basic computer skills.

After joining our company, there will be a training period of 3 months. Immediately after joining the company, you will learn about the employment regulations, security protocol, business etiquette, computer operations and so on. You will also experience work at the production department.

For new graduate recruits, you must first experience sales work. This is to get the actual experience and understanding of the business by being closest to the customers. Some employees will move according to their aptitude, hope and personnel plans for each department after the 3rd year in joining the company.
After that, you will be promoted into a managerial position that will manage teams or divisions, and some will be promoted to a Specialist because of their acquired knowledge, expertise and skills at work.
